HOW TO USE 

Using the EMS Massager is a simple process and only requires 5-10 minutes of your time per day. Please read the step-by-step instructions for more information on how to get the most out of this beneficial product.

BEFORE YOU BEGIN:

  • Make sure your device is charged(it will take around 2 hours to charge fully)

  • Use the light settings guide bellow to determine which modes will best diminish your skin concerns

  • Always ensure that your hands and face have been cleaned prior to using the device

1. Once you've washed your hands and face - grab an oil or cream and apply it to the skin (we recommend gradually applying as you make your way across the face)

2. Remove the white cap from your device, wipe the metal head off to clean it, then press and hold the power button to turn it on. Press that same button once to switch between light modes (more info below)

3. After you've selected a mode, you can begin using the device on your problem areas by gently stroking in an upward motion for 5-10 times. *Please avoid using the device over your thyroid area*

4. Once you've completed massaging your face and neck, you can clean off the head of the device and that's it!
